    Mr. Lucks is a principal environmental attorney and scientist with over 20 years of regulatory compliance and sustainability experience. He advises clients on pollution prevention and sustainability strategies after exploring the multimedia regulatory compliance implications of these approaches. He also provides legal review and analysis for a variety of laws and regulations affecting the environmental permitting process and environmental auditing compliance.

    Susan Sakaki

    Susan Sakaki is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) who has worked in the environmental management field for 25 years. She is experienced in regulatory compliance and management, with a broad understanding of the regulatory framework (air, water, solid and hazardous materials/waste management laws) as well as the planning programs (NEPA, infrastructure development, public participation). She also offers expertise in strategic planning, meeting facilitation, communication, and public outreach, and training. Recent project work has focused on pollution prevention and sustainable development.

    Charles McGlashan

    Mr. McGlashan is a consultant in sustainability, environmental management systems and corporate strategy, including organizational development, reporting, marketing, pollution prevention, and management systems implementation. He has over 20 years experience in developing policy and strategy to support sustainability: economic policy, energy, water, environmental restoration, planning, and land use. Mr. McGlashan has experience in both general business and non-profit management. He has experience in starting and managing several businesses and has consulted with many others to assist them in implementing an environmentally sound program.

    Robert Bray

    Mr. Bray has 22 years of experience in regulatory compliance and environmental, health and safety management, helping clients from the petrochemical, aerospace, consumer product manufacturing, primary and secondary metals, pharmaceutical, food, printing and utility industries understand the complex and ever-changing environmental regulations and policies. Mr. Bray's specific environmental, health and safety management experience includes assisting several large corporations in the design and implementation of auditing programs and environmental management systems by conducting training, developing state- and industry-specific audit protocols, developing audit report formats, designing databases to store and track audit information, and leading audit teams in the field.

    Jon Elliott, J.D.

    Jon Elliott has over 20 years of professional EH&S compliance and policy experience and is the founder and President of Touchstone Environmental, Inc. His professional work combines analyzing all EH&S requirements applicable in a jurisdiction or to a specific client. He explains those requirements, individually and in combination -- in books, training courses and meetings with clients and regulators, integrating those requirements into workable enforcement or compliance programs, and preparing compliance programs and individual program elements for implementation by clients, or teaching clients to do so themselves.

    Ann Blake, Ph.D.

    Ann Blake is an independent consultant working with governments, occupational heath, public health and environmental advocates to find viable alternatives to toxic chemicals in manufacturing and consumer products. Dr. Blake's work covers toxics reduction strategies from product content screening and environmentally preferable purchasing to drafting local, national and international legislation and chemicals policies. Prior to consulting, Dr. Blake worked for nine years at the California Environmental Protection Agency's Department of Toxic Substances Control as a hazardous waste inspector, local agency trainer, and Pollution Prevention Coordinator. Dr. Blake has a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, and a Ph.D. in molecular genetics and neural development from the University of Oregon.

    Michael Montag

    Michael Montag is a Scientist and Project Manager for Beyond Compliance with a M.E.M. from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.  Mike has worked for more than ten years in the environmental field, and has wide ranging experience in environmental auditing, due diligence assessment, and property redevelopment and construction support services, including environmental permitting.  He is assisting clients with environmental compliance management, climate change strategies, and the development of environmental management systems, and has completed numerous geologic and hydrogeologic site assessments and conducted environmental trends research and data analysis.
