Understanding them can be of vital importance to environmental managers, government regulators, planners, environmental consultants, elected officials, and citizen activists alike. This course provides a basic overview of the major federal and California environmental regulatory requirements. Specific regulations pertaining to air quality, water quality, toxic materials, and hazardous wastes (among others) are discussed.
