Description

Registration is now open for MCCV's three-day comprehensive environmental compliance training course to be held Tuesday, March 1 through Thursday, March 3, 2011 in Modesto. The course will cover federal, California and San Joaquin Valley environmental laws and regulations, featuring lead instructor Gary Lucks of Beyond Compliance and coordinated by MCCV’s General Regulatory Committee.

 

Topics include air, water, wastewater, solid waste, hazardous materials, DTSC, compliance, tanks training requirements and more.

Seating is limited to the first 25 paid registrants (additional registrants will be placed on waiting list). The fee of $600 per person includes:

  • - Morning refreshments and lunch each day
  • - Copies of all course materials in hard copy and electronic format
  • - A certificate of completion for each participant who completes the training course
  • - A copy of California Environmental Law & Policy: A Practical Guide ($90 value)
