California’s New and Pending Storm Water General Permits
Ms. Matthews serves as the Chair of the California Storm Water Quality Association (CASQA) Construction Subcommittee and was the 2008 recipient of CASQA’s Leadership Award. Ms. Matthew will present on the new requirements of the General Permit for Construction Activities recently revised after years of controversy over its terms and their implications for the Industrial General Permit currently under final revision.
