Beyond Compliance LLC is a multi-service organization that provides specialized environmental compliance and sustainability consulting for businesses and government. Our attorneys, engineers, and scientists are dedicated to bridging the crevasse between standard EH&S compliance and principles of environmental, social and corporate sustainability.

Government Agencies

Members of Beyond Compliance staff have led or participated in scores of multi-media environmental compliance audits of government facilities including NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); the United States Air Force, Space Command, the Department of Defense (DOD) including various Army reserve bases, the National Park Service (NPS), the Department of Energy (DOE), the Bureau of Reclamation (BoR), publicly-owned treatment works, and designed and implemented the first multimedia EH&S audit and inspection program for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), the second largest school district in the country.

Semi Conductor, Electronics, Manufacturing and Bio-Tech/Pharmaceuticals

BC staff have developed and implemented environmental management systems-based solutions for EHS departments in the challenging fields of high-tech and bio-tech. We've consulted to develop health and safety and permit compliance programs for businesses with a wide range of chemicals. High-tech and bio-tech operations present higher risks that BC is conversant in helping clients manage through training and communications programs that are tailored to the R&D audience.
